Currently, we have over 100 individual rental spaces on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors with prices starting as low as $140/month and studios ranging in size from 162 sq. ft to over 3000 sq ft. With 12’ ceilings and large windows there is plenty of light and ventilation. Spaces are highly customizable and extra storage units are available on-site.
Finding an ideal work space isn’t easy. Working from home can be challenging—lots of distractions or no one to have coffee with and share ideas. Office spaces can be uninspiring, but here at the Pajama Factory, you will find a bright and airy work space that’s all yours, where you’re free to create.
Our studios come in a variety of shapes and sizes with pricing starting at less than $200/month.
Most studios are able to be customized to suit your unique business or artistic needs. We even include utilities and wifi as an added benefit. Below you’ll find all of our available studios—have a look and imagine all the possibilities!

We currently have an eclectic mix of tenants occupying our ground floor commercial spaces—including: a coffee shop and roaster; a hair dresser; a pasta maker; a baker; a cafe; a game room; dog grooming and more! Whenever ground floor access or commercial visibility is desired, we have a number of options available for you to join our commercial retail community.

Our residential spaces tend to go fast and stay off the market but we can sometimes convert spaces to residential lofts when there is interest. We also are continuing to build out residential spaces so be sure to get your name on the waitlist or, better yet, prelease a unit so you can move in when it is ready.
